A rount table set for a meal

When you need the attention of busy people a breakfast meeting can sometimes be the right solution. The museum offers an excellent location and a venue full of character for breakfasts and presentations over breakfast. You have a free choice of caterer to provide the breakfast. The museum can provide a range of furniture and presentation equipment. The ground floor can be used for coats and for a "coffee on arrival" service along with delegate registration. The first floor is best suited to a breakfast incorporating a presentation.

We can make arrangements for things such as presentation equipment to be delivered on the previous evening, and also catering equirpment if required. An early opening can be arranged so that your caterer can make preparations. The event needs to end at or before 1000 (except on Mondays) when the museum opens to the public. A certain amount of clearing-up can take place after that time.

Your schedule might look like this:

Previous evening: Preparation of furniture, table covers, and audio-visual by museum staff. By arrangement, you may call in to take a look or set up your own displays etc.
0700 Unlock, caterer arrives, brings in supplies, grill units etc
0800 Coffee service begins as first delegates arrive
0815 Caterer serves bacon and sausage rolls, etc from a buffet table
0830 All delegates go to first floor for presentation. Juice, croissants, jam etc available on tables
0930 Presentation concludes. Coffee still available
1000 end of event

We are well equipped with in-house audio-visual equipment including projector, public address, wireless roving and lapel microphones, DVD player and more. Less common things can be hired for you. Generally audio-visual equipment and furniture supplied by us will be set up and tested the night before.

We have long experience of corporate events.
