Venue Hire
London Canal Museum is open to the public six days per week. When it is open to the public, the only space you can hire is our small meeting room. Private hire takes place either in our small meeting room or in the main galleries of the museum when it is closed to the public.
These can only be accepted on Fridays, Saturdays, or the evening before a public holiday. The latest finish is 2300. Availability depends on how many other bookings we have in the diary. Please see the music party dates available page for a list of dates that are currently available. Access to the galleries is from 1630.
These can take place on any day from 1630 onwards, or earlier on Mondays. The latest finishing time is 2300. Access to the galleries is from 1630. Background music, not audible outside, is allowed. A DJ is not permitted at this type of event. Please fill in the enquiry form to check your preferred date.

Our small conference room is available on any day of the week. The capacity is 12 people boardroom style, 14 people with chairs in a circle, 20 people theatre style. Available at any time on any day. Bookings are not accepted more than six weeks in advance at weekends
These can take place on any day of the week. On days other than Mondays they must finish by 1000. Early starts are possible, and access for preparations the evening before may be possible.
