We are open Tuesdays to Sundays Times 1000 to 1630, last entry 1600. We are closed on Mondays except that we are open on bank holiday Mondays.

We don't offer pre-booking, other than for boat trips. Please pay when you arrive

Children under the age of 14 are welcome but may only visit in the company of an adult or in supervised groups.
We accept major credit cards. Contactless payment preferred up to £45.

A Family means 1 adult and up to 4 children, or 2 adults and up to 3 children.
Members of the Canal Museum Trust and the Museums Association: £3
One carer for a registered disabled visitor will be offered free entry
Illustrated talks held online are free.
Reduced charges are available to groups of 10 or more.
