Heathrow to London Canal Museum

A choice of route

There are two main routes to consider:

• Picadilly line Underground train direct from Heathrow to King's Cross. Convenient and cheap but this will take well over an hour.
• Heathrow Express train to Paddington, then follow directions from Paddington. Very quick as far as Paddington but then can be rather slow from there onwards. Slightly quicker than the direct Underground, usually, but not much. The Heathrow Express trains are outside the Travelcard scheme and are very much more expensive than any other route. Heathrow Connect trains take a little longer, at lower fares.
• Elizabeth Line train to Farringdon, then Circle/Hammersmith and City, or Metropolitan Line one stop to King's Cross
