About our Picture Shop

The picture shop features archive images of canals, the ice trade, and Islington in London from the London Canal Museum collection. The archive images are available in different file sizes and with different licences for their use. Archive photographs of inland waterways include a significant collection from the 1900s and we also feature pictures of Islington in the early 19th century. We have a collection of prints and a collection of images of the ice trade. All these images are available for commercial and educational use and in books, magazines etc.
