The Cumberland Market Branch

The Cumberland Market branch, or arm, of The Regent’s Canal, at Park Village East. Drawn by Thomas Shepherd. The arm led down to the now-in-filled Cumberland Basin, where there was a large market. The branch was filled in in around 1942.
