The museum is an interesting and different place for an evening meeting in a highly accessible location. Ideally placed for people to attend after leaving work in London, and within easy reach of excellent public transport, the museum is a great place for your AGM, seminar, or other meeting.
The museum's two floors can be used to advantage. Meetings are usually held on the first floor, and these may be followed by a reception and perhaps a supper on the ground floor. The ground floor may also be used for tea/coffee on arrival.
The museum is available from 1630 onwards, or earlier on Mondays, subject to other diary commitments. The latest finishihg time is 2300.

We can provide a range of furniture, data projector, slide projector, overhead projector, screen, VHS and DVD video players. Wine glasses are available for hire. You are free to use the outside caterers of your choice, whether they bring in drinks, snacks or a lavish buffet supper. We can organise a cloakroom and of course there are separate ladies and gents toilets. Power supplies are available around the walls of the museum so that nowhere is far from one if you need to use electrical equipment. We can usually provide a tea and coffee service for delegates or you can ask your caterer to provide this.
We have a range of furniture available. Basic furniture is included free - a limited number of oblong tables and 40 chairs. 120 upholstered chairs are available at an additional charge.
Where a break from hard work is desired, we can help facilitate boat trips, or provide a museum tour.
We could hardly be better connected. King's Cross, Euston, and St. Pancras International stations are all within walking distance. Eurostar services from St. Pancrase begin in November 2007. Delegates will soon be able to travel home to Paris or Bruxelles after an early evening meeting or conference.
With the exception of Mondays, set-up cannot begin until 1630 therefore the meeting cannot begin until a little later, depending on the complexity of the set-up and the arrangements that are agreed as to who will carry out the furniture set-up.
We have excellent Internet access in the building. Wi-Fi is available in most of the building through our The Cloud hotspot. In addition we can provide an Internet connection almost anywhere in the building via our own network. If you require a computer we can arrange to hire one for you, but most clients bring their own laptop machines.
